State Memos are for the use and support of contests being held during the

2025 State Leadership & Skills Conference in Tulsa, OK.

Contest technical standards can be accessed by SkillsUSA professional membership holders through Absorb. If you have issues accessing Absorb please contact SkillsUSA Customer Care line for assistance. See updated information/changes to technical standards from Nationals on their website

RESUME SUBMISSIONS

SkillsUSA Oklahoma is excited to announce the new addition of digital resume submissions for this years contests. The change to digital submission will help facilitate a better contest experience.

All contestants will submit a digital resume prior to contest day. Contestants will receive an email to the address used to register for the contest with instructions and link to access the SkillsUSA Competitor Portal page. The email will contain contestant’s username and contestant number, which are required to login to the Competitor Portal.

Deadline to submit resume is April 22, 2025, unless otherwise stated in contest memo.

INDUSTRY PRIZE DONATIONS

Industry awards should be labeled with the name and address of the award supplier so that an appropriate “Thank you” may be sent. Please bring all labeled prizes to the awards area in the Conference Hall at the Arvest Convention Center on Sunday April 27th between 12:00pm & 4:00pm or Monday, April 28th between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00pm

With the incorporation of digital submission ability this year we have added the requirement of submitting contest materials online prior to contest. This year we have selected the following contests to add their binder/portfolio materials online in addition to the resume. Each year we will continue to add contests to the list until all contests with binder/portfolio requirements are submitting their materials digitally prior to contest.
