Secondary Fall Leadership Conference

SkillsUSA Oklahoma is made up of 6 districts. Each fall these districts support secondary SkillsUSA members with a leadership conference, organized and ran by the support of a District Officer Team and District Director.  Any SkillsUSA secondary member or Advisor is welcome to attend the conference.

Participation in FLC is just one of the ways SkillsUSA members continue to grow in their abilities as they work towards SkillsUSA’s mission of becoming skilled professionals, career-ready leaders and responsible community members.  District pride is also gained at FLC as students interact and meet other members from their districts.  

Some activities at FLC may include, but are not limited to:

  • Learning about Essential Elements found in the SkillsUSA Framework 
  • Participating in leadership games or activities
  • Participating in or supporting community through service
  • Learning about SkillsUSA contests
  • Earning your SkillsUSA Statemen Award

Fall Leadership Conferences support the SkillsUSA mission by educating and engaging members with SkillsUSA knowledge, activities and breakout sessions that support continued growth in the 17 Essential Elements, and providing students and advisors the opportunity to engage with other members.

  • Personal Skills
  • Workplace Skills
