Registration and Hotels

Accommodation Needs- If a conference attendee is need of accommodation support while at NLSC it is important to make those requests inside the registration system while registering. If accommodations are needed after registration is closed you can use the online form . Learn more about accessibility and accommodations by watching this video
REGISTRATION
Conference registration will be $305 per person.
- Models for Esthetics and Nail Care are not competitors and should be registered as a participant.
- Cancellations/No Refunds
There are no refunds or online registration extensions after deadline. - Nationals requires all payment be completed before competitors may compete. All schools must have payment submitted to Oklahoma SkillsUSA by May 31st.
All conference participants attending NLSC require badge credentials. Registration will open to the public beginning May 21st. The registration link will be available on the national SkillsUSA Website.
HOTELS
Oklahoma Delegation will be staying at the Hilton Atlanta.
Hotel Reservations for NLSC will be made by individual schools using the the Passkey system used through national SkillsUSA. The Hotel Reservation Guide will walk you through the steps of registering for rooms.
Helpful Reminders:
- Once a reservation is created, through the system, rooms can not be added to it. If you need to add rooms a new reservation via Passkey will have to be made.
- Have all attendees names/roommate assignments ready prior to starting the housing process. All student names are required to be put into Passkey.
- A master acknowledgement will arrive in your email after completing reservation. Double check your junk folder if you don’t get the email.

As you prepare for NLSC make sure you are aware of all of the important rules and regulations. It is the responsibility of the contestant to make sure they are abiding by all policies/rules/regulations of SkillsUSA for NLSC.

- Review the SkillsUSA Championship Technical Standards. Available to professional members through Absorb.
- Complete Required Online Submission(s). Based on your specific contests areas.
- Complete Your Online Test(s)
- Check for Competition Updates
Important dates and reminders:
- Online submissions must be complete by June 6, 2024 at 5:00pm E.T. Check Technical Standards and updates to learn about your contests submissions. The secure platform link will be published on the national SkillsUSA website May 22, 2024.
- Online testing guidelines and timelines. Please read carefully.
- Check emails carefully when registering contestants. Email address affiliated with NLSC conference registration will be used for testing information.
- May 22-June 6: National competitor online testing window
- June 6: Deadline to complete online testing by 5pm E.T
